Terms of sale

1. Seller

2. Pricing

The Premium subscription is available in two plans:
- Monthly: €0.99 / month
- Annual: €9.99 / year (€0.83 / month)

No paid free-trial period is offered and no discount on the subscription price applies. The referral program may however grant free premium days (see the Terms of Use): this is a free in-app benefit, separate from the paid subscription, with no impact on its price or renewal.

3. Order and payment

Subscriptions can be taken out (1) in the mobile app, through the in-app purchase of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or (2) on our website 28sig.com, via a card payment processed by Stripe. Payment and billing terms are those of the chosen channel (Apple, Google or Stripe).

The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed (on the Apple/Google platform, or on the secure Stripe payment page). The confirmation and receipt are provided by Apple, Google or Stripe depending on the channel.

4. Renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews automatically on the anniversary date of your purchase (monthly or annual). You will be notified by email before each renewal.

You can cancel at any time, for any reason: for a subscription taken out in the app, through your App Store account settings or Google Play subscriptions; for a subscription taken out on the website (Stripe), through the Stripe customer portal (link provided after purchase and by email). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No pro-rata refunds are issued.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under French consumer law (art. L.221-28), the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content provided immediately after purchase and whose execution began with your consent. By confirming your subscription, you expressly waive this right.

6. Refunds

No refunds are issued for the current period, except where legally required. For disputes, contact contact@28sig.com. For Apple or Google purchases, refunds are governed by their respective policies; for card payments via Stripe, they are handled by 28 Signal.

7. Additional charges

No additional charges apply beyond the subscription price.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first via contact@28sig.com. Failing that, the competent court is that of the publisher's domicile.
