1. Purpose
These terms govern use of the 28 Signal application and website. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them without reservation.
2. Access
The service is open to anyone who has reached the legal age in their country of residence. It is accessible worldwide.
An account is required to access personalized features (Vitruvian Number, full signal, notifications). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and must not share your account.
3. Service description
28 Signal is a time compass based on the lunar calendar, the Fibonacci sequence, and a personal number calculated from your date of birth (Vitruvian Number). It delivers a daily indicative signal: advance, soften, or rest.
The free tier gives access to the lunar calendar and the base signal. A Premium subscription unlocks: the key phrase for each signal, your personal Vitruvian message, daily notifications, the widget, and detailed explanations.
4. User obligations
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
Prohibited: copying, reproducing, redistributing, or commercially exploiting any part of the service without written permission from the publisher. Algorithms, content, and calculations are protected.
5. Liability
28 Signal is a compass, not an oracle. The daily signals are purely indicative. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice. The publisher and its developers accept no liability for decisions made based on this information.
The publisher commits to 99% service availability (excluding planned maintenance). No compensation is provided for downtime.
6. Intellectual property
The entire service (code, content, algorithms, design) belongs to the publisher. Any unauthorized use is the responsibility of the user.
7. Changes to terms
The publisher may amend these terms. You will be notified by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Referral program
Every account has a free referral code. A new user who creates an account with a valid code receives 7 days of free premium. When that referee subscribes to a paid plan for the first time, the referrer receives 3 months of free premium, with no limit on the number of referees.
Program benefits are free premium access, strictly personal, non-transferable and not convertible into cash. They are granted and managed by 28 Signal, independently of the Apple and Google platforms.
Any fraud (self-referral, fake accounts, manipulation) results in the cancellation of the benefits. If the referee is refunded their subscription, the 3 months granted to the referrer on that basis are revoked. 28 Signal reserves the right to modify or end the program at any time.
9. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from "My account" in the app. Deletion results in the erasure of all your personal data.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the publisher's local court.
